Jon specialises in Eagle Land's project delivery. He started his project management career working in London for St Quintin (merged into CBRE), dealing with commercial refurbishment and new build. This work included reconstruction of part of Docklands following terrorist action. In 2000, he returned to his native Bristol with a move to Tuffin Ferraby Taylor where he was made a Partner in 2004.

Jon joined Paul and Simon at Rok Development before Eagle Land was formed in 2007.
