Paul has spent his entire career based in Bristol dealing with commercial property throughout the South West and South Wales.

After ten years at King Sturge in the office agency and development departments he left in 1997 to set up the Bristol office of HBG Properties (now BAM).

Subsequently Paul ran the regional development office of Alfred McAlpine before joining Simon to set up the Bristol office of Rok Development in 2003.

Paul set up Eagle Land with Jon and Simon in 2007.
