Homebase, Cwmbran On behalf of Prego Estates Limited, Eagle Land facilitated the purchase of a 34,500 sq ft Retail Warehouse let to Homebase, in Cwmbran, from Henderson UK Property Unit Trust.

This property was acquired with the benefit of three years income remaining on the lease with an outstanding rent review to be settled. The rent currently passing is £320,827 per annum exclusive.

Located in a strategic position at the entrance to Cwmbran town centre there are a number of asset management opportunities available to improve the investment performance of the property. Eagle Land has been retained as Asset Manager.
