Imperial Tobacco Global Headquarters, Bristol

Eagle Land has been appointed as Development Manager to procure the new Global Office Headquarters for Imperial Tobacco Ltd.

The 100,000 sq.ft. office building is being constructed on the site of the former cigar factory at Winterstoke Road in Bristol. 

The FTSE 100 Company has a long association with Bristol and has its current Headquarters based in Southville. 

Eagle Land will be responsible for delivery of the highly sustainable building, leading the project team from initial design and feasibility stage through planning and construction.

The building specification and design seeks to maximise energy efficiency. 

Construction works have commenced with practial completion due in early 2013.
