Shield Retail Centre, Bristol

Eagle Land is to bring forward the development of the remaining land at the 43,000 sq ft Shield Retail Centre.

A planning application for a 16,000 sq ft Open A1 Retail building with 95 car spaces has been submitted in early 2011.

The single unit development will be capable of sub-division to suit occupier's requirements.

Existing retailers at Shield Retail Centre include Snow & Rock, Majestic Wine Warehouse, KFC and Dreams. There is also a 60 bed Premier Inn Hotel.
